Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market pricing for new and existing jobs, recommending appropriate salary ranges, job grades, and classifications (e.g., FLSA status)
Execute end-to-end compensation cycles (merit, promotion, transfer, and bonus), including data validation, system support, audit checks, reporting, and post-cycle analysis
Provide day-to-day compensation guidance to Talent Acquisition and managers on offers, promotions, transfers, and exception requests, ensuring consistent application of guidelines and documentation
Maintain and audit salary structures, policies, and compensation data to ensure accuracy, internal equity, and market competitiveness
Contribute to the equity compensation processes, including grant data preparation and validation, coordination of approvals, and responding to employee and manager inquiries in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Stock Administration
Support job architecture and leveling through job evaluations, job pricing, survey participation, and alignment of roles to salary ranges and titles
Analyze complex compensation datasets and deliver clear, data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalable growth
Create and deliver compensation training and enablement for employees, managers, and the People team, translating programs and guidelines into clear, actionable guidance
Document compensation processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures; support manager and recruiter enablement as needed
Contribute to compensation projects and operational improvements by documenting workflows, supporting system testing, and partnering cross-functionally across HR

The Role: Senior Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst administers, and supports competitive, equitable compensation programs by managing salary structures, compensation cycles, market pricing, and related data, while advising Recruiting partners and leaders on pay decisions.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

  • 4 to 7 years of compensation experience with hands-on experience supporting compensation cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience with compensation surveys and HRIS/compensation tools
  • Ability to communicate compensation concepts clearly to non-technical partners and exercise sound judgement within established guidelines
