You’ll sit at the intersection of compliance, technology, and trading operations — building and enhancing systems that ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This is a highly visible role with ownership over critical reporting architecture and automation initiatives.

What You’ll Work On

• Regulatory reporting systems and controls
• Automation using RPA tools
• Python-based data processing and validation frameworks
• SQL and large-scale data workflows
• Cloud-based architecture and modern software design
• Cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, IT, and Trading teams

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years development experience (polyglot background)
• Strong Python expertise
• Solid SQL and database experience
• Experience designing frameworks and tools from scratch
• Exposure to financial markets, ideally derivatives
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of modern architecture and cloud platforms
