Senior Software Engineer - DevSecOps
We're working with a global aerospace and defense titan pioneering the next generation of air dominance technology on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a visionary DevSecOps leader to architect and secure the future of mission-critical software in an elite Air Proprietary environment.
In this high-impact role, you will take the helm of a sophisticated CI/CD ecosystem, leveraging technologies like AWS, GitLab, and Ansible to accelerate development for world-class aerospace platforms. The Role
- Lead the strategic deployment and architectural configuration of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks using GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Orchestrate complex cloud-based and on-premises environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Ansible automation.
- Architect best practices for platform scaling, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like SonarQube, Jira, and Confluence.
- Establish and monitor critical metrics including SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets to drive continuous delivery performance and team execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the Air Dominance organization.

- 8+ years of deep expertise in DevSecOps environments with a focus on high-security software delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripting within Linux environments.
- Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and an understanding of security standards (Security+ certification preferred).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required).
