About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, enhancing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of Emploit AI’s innovative platform. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop user-facing features, integrating various APIs, debugging code, and optimizing application performance. You will play a key role in ensuring that our platform remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with the latest industry standards. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to influence the evolution of our AI-driven recruitment solutions, helping us deliver seamless, efficient, and engaging experiences for our users worldwide.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in JavaScript, with hands-on experience using Redux.js for effective state management. You should have a solid background in front-end development, focusing on creating intuitive and scalable user interfaces. Additionally, experience with back-end web development, including API integration and server-side programming, is essential. A good understanding of software development best practices, such as debugging and performance optimization, is required to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with real-time applications or AI-driven platforms will be considered a plus.
