This contract opportunity is a fully remote position with standard 9-to-5 work hours and a competitive compensation range of $65.00 – $70.42 per hour.
The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Engagement Platforms and Reporting will support the roadmap, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms and measurement reporting for Global Medical Affairs (GMAF). This role focuses on field medical systems and the implementation of key measurement frameworks across various external engagements, including congresses, medical education, and society engagements.
As part of the Medical Engagement group within the Medical Excellence Team, you will partner with IT, commercial teams, and strategic market leads to maximize platform utility and quantify the impact of medical activities. this role will maintain a focus on key strategic markets and assets / indications in line with company priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Technology Management
- System Oversight: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms and associated training for GMAF.
- Digital Roadmap: Support the execution of the GMAF roadmap through targeted digital activities.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for all digital platform and system needs, coordinating with enterprise stakeholders in IT and Commercial Digital.
Reporting & Analytics
- Measurement Framework: Develop and implement frameworks to enhance and evaluate the impact of medical affairs.
- Data Capture: Ensure effective data capture across activities to quantify KPIs, metrics, and overall performance.
- Strategic Reporting: Prioritize and lead reporting efforts aligned with GMAF strategic capabilities.

Project & Stakeholder Management
- Vendor Relations: Manage external vendor relationships and collaboration for project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regions, countries, and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Medical) to ensure technology aligns with user workflows.
- Logistics: Manage project phasing, budgets, and resourcing throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industries preferred. Strong backgrounds in consulting or technology will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Pharma/Biotech systems such as the Veeva Suite and Salesforce Suite is highly preferred.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project development, reporting/measurement of medical affairs, and working within cross-functional matrix teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Advanced scientific training (PharmD, PhD, or MD) is optional but a plus.
