We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Engineer, Site Operations - OT/PCN Infrastructure to join our team supporting mission-critical industrial environments. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining site-level Operational Technology (OT) systems infrastructure in alignment with Chevron’s IT and OT standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in OT and PCN systems, a strong understanding of cybersecurity safeguards, and the ability to operate effectively in regulated and hazardous environments.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot OT systems infrastructure across industrial sites.
- Ensure compliance with Chevron’s IT/OT architecture standards and cybersecurity protocols.
- Maintain and support systems within the Process Control Network (PCN), including DCS, PLCs, and lab systems.
- Lead incident response and problem resolution for escalated OT infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with central IT and OT teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, disaster recovery plans (DRP), and business continuity plans (BCP) for OT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable and secure infrastructure support.
- Operate within mission-critical and hazardous environments, adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
- Support and enhance infrastructure systems including cloud, network, and process automation technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/OT systems infrastructure within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining OT systems such as DCS, PLCs, SCADA, and lab systems.
- Strong understanding of Process Control Networks (PCN), cybersecurity principles, and IT/OT convergence.
- Proficiency in infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms, networking, and process automation systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,300 – $206,400. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
