Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear technical and process-driven solutions.
- Analyze legacy and current data structures to support large-scale data migration, mapping, and discovery initiatives.
- Evaluate data sets to determine accuracy, gaps, and readiness for intended business outcomes.
- Create process documentation, flowcharts, and solution design artifacts to guide project execution.
- Serve as a client-facing technical advisor, confidently communicating insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Support multi-year, high-impact projects with strict timelines and revenue implications.
- Prioritize and balance responsibilities across concurrent projects as workload demands shift.
- Translate complex data challenges into actionable, business-friendly explanations.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into structured solutions.
- Proven success in client-facing roles requiring confident, clear communication.

- Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex or legacy data environments.
