- Create, refine, and manage user stories and tickets in Jira.
- Perform solution analysis and feasibility studies to assess technical and organizational viability.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Act as an interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Support prioritization and continuous improvement cycles within an agile environment.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability tounderstand functionaland non-functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communicationskills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in data-intensive orIIoTenvironments, ideally working with streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Understanding ofproduction process data and KPI visualization principles.
- Experience with frontend/backend interaction, ideally within Java (Quarkus) and TypeScript technology stacks.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in complex system environments, ensuring solutions align with production processes and KPI visualization needs.
