Fatsoma is a ticketing and event marketing platform trusted by over 40,000 event organisers. Based in Manchester, we help promoters sell more tickets, grow their audiences, and run better events.

The Role

A hands-on role owning the automated systems that drive our growth operations. You’ll maintain and improve our data pipelines, build new automations, and leverage AI to help the business move faster. It’s fast-paced, implementation-heavy, and largely independent.

You’re not just maintaining systems; you’re a creative problem-solver who designs the tools and workflows that help the business function better. We want someone who builds systems that enable progress, not slow it down - and who gets a kick out of making everyone’s day-to-day easier.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain our daily competitor intelligence and data enrichment pipelines, ensuring reliability and continuity.
• Assess existing systems and optimise or rebuild where it makes sense.
• Build automations for email workflows, integrations, and internal processes.
• Support migration from Zapier/Make to a self-hosted n8n setup.
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate development and solve problems.
• Identify new automation opportunities across the business.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills with experience in data pipelines and automation.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate).
