Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Director of Innovation & Commercialization to lead strategic engagements with pharmaceutical design partners and help drive the evolution of our analytics product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data and analytics, and client collaboration.
The Lead Director will work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to identify unmet business needs, test new analytical capabilities, and transform insights into scalable analytics products. Through structured discovery, proof-of-concept work, and pilot programs, this role will help translate innovation into repeatable solutions that can scale across the broader pharmaceutical ecosystem.
This position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and analytical fluency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with senior pharmaceutical stakeholders, cross-functional product and data teams, and internal leadership to bring innovative data-driven solutions from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements with pharmaceutical design partners to identify unmet needs and innovation opportunities.
- Facilitate structured discovery and co-creation sessions that translate client challenges into scalable analytics and data-driven solutions.
- Translate partner insights into product roadmaps and commercialization strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead design-partner innovation programs that move from discovery to proof-of-concept development, pilot programs, and scalable product offerings.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data, Legal, Commercial, and Strategy teams to advance innovation initiatives.
- Drive pilot design, measurement frameworks, and governance processes that support experimentation and validation.
- Develop business cases supporting product investment, expansion, and portfolio evolution.
- Communicate opportunity, risk, and financial impact to senior leadership through clear executive-level presentations.
- Ensure insights and learnings from design partnerships are institutionalized and scaled beyond individual client engagements.
- Coach and mentor Managers in synthesizing insights and building commercialization-ready materials.
