Senior People Operations Specialist (Brazil)

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our People team. This role should be the subject matter expert for People Ops topics for the Brazil.

What you will do:

• Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other record-keeping systems with attention to detail.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience and scalability.
• Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.
• Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, providing clear and timely support.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations function.
• Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making.

Who you are:

• You have a proven track record of ownership and process improvement in People Operations.
• You have a passion for operational excellence, employee experience, data cleanliness, and People processes compliance.
• You have extensive knowledge of Brazilian Employment Law.
• You are experienced in managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters.
• You are comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams across various departments.
• You have a strong affinity for data and a strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• You are organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• You are proficient in HRIS systems and in maintaining HR records accurately.
• You are an effective communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organisation.
• You are adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
