We’re hiring Founding Engineers to help rebuild the foundations of InsurTech - a trillion-dollar industry that needs revolutionizing!

This fast-growing startup is already at 8-figure ARR, with a 14× oversubscribed Seed round and strong momentum toward Series A. Backers include Founders Fund (Peter Thiel), Emergence Capital, and early investors in OpenAI and Scale AI.

The team includes engineers and researchers from Optiver, DRW, Palantir, Oxford, Cambridge, and ETH Zurich.

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll help build and scale the core platform for 100× growth, owning architecture and production systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend and AI systems
• Design infrastructure for high-throughput workflows
• Apply ML and automation to modernize insurance processes
