About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, strong design and technical ability, and exceptional proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
The role is fully remote (work from home) within India and offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with our London team on prestigious architectural projects, from early design through detailed technical stages (RIBA 3–5).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings for residential and hotel projects in London.
- Work collaboratively with the UK team to coordinate information across disciplines using BIM standards and workflows.
- Translate design intent into precise, buildable technical information.
- Manage and update project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and model audits.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project-specific standards.
- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement in design quality and digital processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognised architecture school.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Exceptional Revit skills (mandatory) — must be able to model, annotate, and manage complex BIM projects independently.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and model management.
- Excellent understanding of construction detailing and technical drawing packages.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Reliable work ethic, self-motivated, and comfortable working to tight deadlines remotely.
Desirable
- Experience with London or UK-based projects.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, RIBA stages, and BS1192/BIM Level 2 standards.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Photoshop, In Design, Bluebeam, Lumion, or similar tools.
