Operating multiple high-volume branches across the Southwest, the company combines a 50-year legacy of customer trust with an entrepreneurial, data-driven culture. This role offers the rare chance to steer a multi-million-dollar growth engine while collaborating daily with a visionary executive team committed to market leadership, customer delight, and community impact.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Competitive base + bonus plan, robust health benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership - Craft and execute a 3-year integrated marketing roadmap that accelerates customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all business units.
  • Budget & KPI Ownership - Manage and optimize a $5M-$10M annual budget; tie spend to CAC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue per lead, and other performance metrics.
  • Full-Funnel Demand Generation - Lead paid search, paid social, SEO, display, OTT/CTV, email, and emerging channels, ensuring campaigns hit ROI targets in every region.
  • Brand Stewardship - Advance brand architecture, messaging, and creative standards to deliver a consistent customer experience while enabling localized tactics.
  • Data & Insights - Champion a culture of experimentation using audience segmentation, multi-touch attribution, and predictive modeling to guide investment decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership - Align closely with Operations and Sales to match marketing initiatives with capacity, pricing, and revenue goals; collaborate with Technology on martech stack enhancements.
  • Team Building - Mentor, hire, and scale a high-performing internal team and agency partners; foster continuous learning and best-in-class execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in a B2C service environment (home services, healthcare, retail services, hospitality, etc.) with high transaction volume and fast sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an annual marketing budget of $5 million or more, with clear evidence of improving ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and modern analytics platforms.
  • Track record of meeting or beating revenue-tied KPIs such as CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue per lead.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced certification a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling marketing programs across multi-location or franchise models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4/Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Background in customer journey mapping and CX optimization.
