We are working with a growing technology-led organisation looking to hire a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a range of digital and operational improvement projects.
This role sits between the business and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are well defined, practical and aligned with business objectives.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, gathering requirements, analysing processes and helping teams deliver effective solutions.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping projects from early discovery through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with stakeholders across the organisation to gather and document business requirements
- Running workshops and interviews to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Producing clear documentation including functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Creating As-Is and To-Be process maps to support change and improvement initiatives
- Performing gap analysis and impact assessments to support project planning
- Working closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Supporting testing phases including UAT coordination and validation
- Providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in a commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience producing documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications and user stories
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
