As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and can translate creative briefs into high-performing visual assets across digital and print.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast, and highly autonomous full time Graphic Designer to support our marketing and ecommerce teams with the creation of performance-driven creative. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of visual assets across paid media, ecommerce, product launches, email marketing, and print, ensuring everything aligns with the Your Reformer brand while delivering strong commercial results.

This role suits someone who is extremely efficient, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from brief to final delivery.

Our HQ is based in Mornington, Victoria, where most of our Marketing team are located. However, we’re open to candidates across Australia who are comfortable working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Paid Media Creative

• Design high-performing creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Rapidly iterate and produce multiple ad variations to support testing and scaling campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimise creatives based on performance insights

Ecommerce & Website Assets

• Create and update homepage banners, landing pages, product pages, and promotional graphics
• Design product launch assets and campaign visuals

• Ensure consistency across the ecommerce experience and maintain strong brand standards

Email & Marketing Design

• Produce creative for email marketing campaigns, flows, and promotions
• Support marketing initiatives with visual assets across digital channels

Print & Brand Collateral

• Design print materials, including packaging inserts, brochures, event materials, and retail assets
• Ensure all print work meets high-quality production standards

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
• Ensure all deliverables align with Your Reformer’s premium brand positioning

What We’re Looking For:

Core Skills

• 3+ years experience in graphic design (preferably ecommerce or DTC brands)
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative for paid advertising

• Able to translate briefs independently with minimal direction

• Highly organised with strong file management and workflow processes

Bonus Skills

• Experience designing for ecommerce brands
• Familiarity with Figma or web design tools
• Motion design or basic video editing for ads
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
