The Mission

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and technical execution. You aren't just a "platform operator”, but a growth strategist who can architect a multi-market funnel and then step into Meta and Google to build it. You understand that "best practices" are just a starting point and that data-backed experimentation is the only way to scale B2C/D2C brands globally.


Key Responsibilities


  • Growth Architecture: Design and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies for global D2C brands, focusing on ROI and sustainable scaling.
  • Hands-on Execution: Expert-level implementation, management, and optimization of Paid Media (Meta, Google Search/Shopping, YouTube).
  • Data Orchestration: Collaborate with our data team to solve attribution challenges and leverage first-party data for better targeting.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant for clients, connecting the dots between creative performance, landing page conversion, and media spend.
  • Mentorship: Provide tactical guidance to junior team members, elevating the agency’s collective performance IQ.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in high-growth Performance Marketing (Agency or D2C Brand side).
  • Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in GA4 and a deep understanding of the current "post-cookie" tracking landscape.
  • Language: Fluency in English (C1/C2) is mandatory. Spanish fluency is a significant advantage for our LATAM/ES markets.
  • The "T-Shape": Some knowledge of SEO, Content, and UX, but with a "deep spike" in Paid Media execution.
