🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and other platforms
- Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems and other marketing tools
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as Privacy Act 1988
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
