We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimise automated marketing workflows that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical skills with marketing strategy to deliver data-driven results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems and other marketing tools
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as Privacy Act 1988
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management
