Job Description
In this role you will enhance and expand the client’s custom CRM/ERP applications within the main leasing platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Oracle ODI, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. You will be part of an agile squad collaborating across geographies to deliver high-quality results.
This role requires working from the client’s office 2 days a week.
Your tasks
- Designing and developing ETL solutions with Oracle ODI
- Supporting CRM/ERP platform development and maintenance
- Implementing secure, scalable, and testable software solutions
- Clarifying requirements and conducting pre-project studies
- Optimizing existing code and improving maintainability
- Creating and executing test strategies, supporting deployments
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with best practices

- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle / SQL development, ETL, and ODI
- Proficiency with Oracle architecture and tools (WebLogic, SOA Suite, PL/SQL)
- Strong knowledge of scripting, queries, and database best practices
- Experience with BI and interface design, and development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
- Fluent English
- Residing in Poland required
- Knowledge of OutSystems and Java
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or AWS RDS for Oracle
