Senior Backend Engineer - Remote

In this role, you'll strengthen a dynamic development team and advance the evolution of our cloud-based BPM/BPA solution. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers within an agile, cross-functional Scrum team to deliver customer-centric solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Your contributions will shape the team's processes as you strive for continuous improvement and innovation, all while ensuring security and operational excellence.

Accountabilities

• Enhance and develop our cloud-based BPM/BPA solution as part of a dynamic team.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers in an agile Scrum team.
• Propose innovative ideas to create significant value for customers.
• Take responsibility for operational tasks in our deployment environments with a DevOps mindset.
• Focus on developing secure and sustainable solutions using a defensive programming approach.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and security.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web-based software development.

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and structure tasks to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience with Go, Typescript, Node, Next.js, gRPC, and GraphQL.
