Role overview
Toloka is launching a self‑service SaaS platform that gives B2B customers on-demand access to data contractors without requiring involvement from Toloka staff. The freelance PMM will own positioning, go‑to‑market, and lifecycle growth across Enterprise-aware motion and self‑serve funnels.
What you’ll do
- Build and execute the GTM strategy for the self‑service platform: segmentation, ICPs, messaging, packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, and channel mix across events, social, content, and partnerships.
- Drive lifecycle growth: activation, retention, expansion, and reactivation with experiment roadmaps across onboarding, in‑product education, email, and in‑app comms.
- Own SGM levers: pipeline contribution and revenue impact from product marketing via campaigns, positioning, sales enablement, and ABM/lightweight enterprise motions where relevant.
- Lead competitive and market intelligence (benchmarks vs. leading B2B SaaS like Notion/Miro/annotation tools) and translate insights into clear differentiators and battlecards.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Growth to define the customer journey end‑to‑end, improve conversion across the self‑serve funnel, and influence the roadmap with market signals.
- Orchestrate event-led marketing (talks, workshops, sponsorships, field/community events) and social strategy to generate demand and accelerate revenue.
- Produce compelling assets: narratives, web copy, demos, playbooks, case studies, solution briefs, ROI messaging, and objection handling.
- Establish measurement: set KPIs, build dashboards, and run structured experiments; report on activation, retention, reactivation, CAC/LTV, conversion rates, and influenced/attributed pipeline.
