Join one of our product teams and develop features with real value for a one-of-a-kind product management system used by 5000+ global companies.

The team is working across the whole stack and touching all domains to ensure smooth customer collaboration. We own and maintain a variety of horizontal domain from navigation, thru editor experience to history.

We work in small cross-functional teams that consist of 6 developers, a designer, and a product manager. You’ll be part of the whole feature development lifecycle, with direct access to a wealth of customer feedback.

We're scaling our engineering and our product to take on more complex customer challenges. You will have the chance to drive some of the big decisions and foundational platforms that help our whole engineering organization accomplish that while remaining as fast, agile, and reliable as ever.

At Productboard, we are embarking on an exciting journey to build an AI platform that will transform how product teams understand customer needs. Our goal is to process vast amounts of customer feedback, extract key insights, and empower Product Managers with intelligent tools that drive smarter decision-making.

• Frontend: TypeScript, React.js, React Native
• Backend (that you can learn): TypeScript/Node.js, Ruby, Kotlin, Kafka

About You

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

• 5+ years of experience building web apps
• Experience with single page applications built with JavaScript required
• Experience with our favorite approaches and frameworks preferred (TypeScript, React, Continuous and Progressive Delivery with Feature Flags)
• You have a track record of taking ownership for public-facing features through the entire discovery, design, and delivery process, coordinating the successful outcome for your team under the guidance of your manager
• You've worked on teams where you've owned and operated your own services, and you've had direct responsibility for some or all of
• Production Debugging and Incident Resolution
• CI/Deployment pipelines
• Progressive Delivery with Feature Flags
• Tooling and Developer Experience
• Automated Testing
• Analytics
• A solid understanding of functional programming principles
• Bonus points if you’re passionate about AI technologies and have a strong curiosity about their potential impact.
• Confident designing frontend architecture and passionate about performance
• Experience mentoring and helping teammates, doing code reviews and pair-programming
• Drive to have the editor and tooling set up perfectly
• The initiative to fix something that's broken, rather than waiting for someone else to do it
• Able to win a debate on tabs vs. spaces conducted entirely in English

Relocation Opportunities

If joining us means making a move, we’re here to help make that transition easier.

We currently support relocation for EU citizens who are relocating to Prague to work for Productboard's Product Engineering organization

Relocation Support

We offer a one-time relocation bonus ranging from $6,000 to $13,000 USD, depending on your personal situation, whether you’re moving on your own or with a partner or family.

This bonus is intended to help offset moving expenses and support your transition into your new city. While it may not cover every cost, it provides meaningful financial support as you get settled.
