Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a Senior IAM Application Onboarding Engineer to join our Agile DevOps team and drive the onboarding and migration of applications into our Identity Governance landscape.

You will play a key role in migrating applications from Aveksa to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring robust authentication and authorization while standardizing and automating onboarding patterns across the organization.

This is an end-to-end ownership role — from intake to acceptance — combining technical integration, standardization, and DevOps collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end application onboarding into SailPoint
• Migrate applications from Aveksa to SailPoint

• Configure onboarding using standard IAM patterns and architectural principles
• Integrate applications using:

LDAP

REST / SOAP web services

SCIM

Databases

SAP Suite

SaaS platforms

• Drive standardization and reusable onboarding patterns
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with the IGA platform team
• Support onboarding-related incidents and standard IGA requests
• Participate actively in Agile / SAFe ceremonies

• Contribute to automation and CI/CD pipeline integration

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IGA / IdentityIQ)
• Experience integrating enterprise applications (LDAP, REST, SAP, SCIM, DB, SaaS)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, Linux servers
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• Ability to define and explain standard onboarding patterns
