Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay: $40/hr

We are partnering with a leading organization in the aviation industry seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making across key business functions. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights, KPI reporting, and strategic analysis to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and performance insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to support operational decision making
- Produce KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and performance improvement recommendations
- Provide data-driven forecasts assessing cost, risk, and profitability of business initiatives
- Synthesize market, geographic, and industry trends to inform business strategy
- Create technical design documentation for reporting solutions and BI outputs
- Conduct testing to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business requirements
- Manage the timely distribution of business intelligence insights to stakeholders
- Provide technical support for existing dashboards and reporting tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Strong experience with Excel
- Experience with R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar analytical tools

- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
