The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in clinical data, Supplemental data programs, CMS Stars, CCDA, and FHIR, and will enjoy owning complex healthcare products from strategy to measurable client impact.

You will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery, BRD and PRD creation to rollout and adoption
- Define and drive product vision for clinical interoperability and healthcare data transformation
- Translate clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and customer pain points into scalable SaaS capabilities
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact product features
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with payer and provider customers
- Drive measurable outcomes including data quality improvement, risk adjustment accuracy, and CMS Stars performance
- Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and continuously refine the roadmap using data insights
- Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions in Agile environments balancing business impact and technical feasibility
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments
- Manage customer communication and expectation setting during product rollouts
- Ensure strong documentation clarity and cross-functional alignment across teams

Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 6 to 10 years of total work experience in product management, not more
- Solid understanding of clinical data, supplemental data capture, and CMS Stars programs
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CCDA and FHIR standards
- Experience working with interoperability standards from organizations such as HL7
- Experience working in a healthcare B2B SaaS product company
- Strong expertise in writing BRDs and PRDs and operating in Agile environments
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools
- Ability to collaborate confidently with engineering and data science teams
- Proven customer-facing experience building trust with US healthcare clients
- Experience in healthcare AI, risk adjustment, quality programs, or clinical data platforms preferred
- Experience working in strong product-driven companies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, execution-heavy environment
