To accelerate the next phase of Cloud growth, we are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager Cloud to lead and scale our Cloud product domain.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a portfolio that includes Public Cloud, VPS, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes, Database-as-a-Service, and VMware Cloud. You will lead and coach a team of Product Managers while driving strong alignment across engineering, sales, operations, and partners to ensure Leaseweb wins in a competitive global market.

As Group Product Manager Cloud, You Will Define And Execute a Multi-year Domain Strategy That Delivers Customer Value, Revenue Growth, And Competitive Differentiation. You Will Shape The Future Of Our Cloud Business By
- Leading a team of Product Managers who execute product strategy in their respective areas
- Ensuring a coherent, scalable, and profitable product portfolio across the entire Cloud domain
- Using customer insights, partner capabilities, and market research to discover new opportunities
- Driving measurable improvements through pricing, packaging, positioning, and product-led growth
- Guiding our transition to more automated, secure, and frictionless Cloud services
- You will influence decision-making at the highest levels and be a visible champion of Cloud at Leaseweb.
Domain Leadership & Strategy
- Develop a bold, data-driven long-term strategy and roadmap across the Cloud portfolio
- Define success metrics and follow-through on measurable business outcomes
- Ensure product-market fit and competitive positioning of key Cloud offerings
- Lead cross-functional prioritization and capacity alignment for delivery

- Own end-to-end commercial performance: adoption, revenue, profitability, lifecycle
- Optimize Cloud costs and infrastructure ROI by driving efficiency and scalability
- Support deals and sales channels with compelling value propositions
- Build and grow partnerships that enhance our platforms and innovation velocity
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers to excel in product management

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management of which at least 5+ year in Cloud or infrastructure services
- 2+ years leading Product Managers or comparable leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of driving product growth and delivering strong results
- Strong technical affinity and understanding of public and private cloud platforms
- A strategic thinker who connects customer needs with scalable platform solutions
- Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder influence, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing trade-offs
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- You are a results-driven leader who raises the bar for product excellence
- You thrive in a scale-up environment within a global tech company
- You are collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable with both strategy and execution
- You are curious, creative, and passionate about building products customers love
