They are seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP of Marketing to lead and scale their digital marketing efforts. The primary objective is to drive lead generation, oversee paid advertising, manage website presence, and maintain consistent brand visibility online.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels
- Track KPIs and optimize marketing performance
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads
- Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI
- Test creative variations and audience targeting strategies

Website Management
- Manage and update company website (WordPress-based)
- Build and modify web pages as needed (page builder experience required)
- Optimize website for lead generation and conversions
- Ensure proper tracking, pixels, and analytics are implemented
Content & Social Presence
- Create and schedule professional LinkedIn posts
- Oversee light content creation for digital channels
- Use AI tools to generate marketing images and visual assets
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign data and report on performance
- Continuously test and refine ads, landing pages, and messaging
- Implement automation where possible

- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
