We are currently seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent!

✅ Requirements:

✔️ C&B experience 2+ years;

✔️ Financial mindset nice to have;

✔️ Good with numbers;

✔️ Responsible and good with case forecasting;

✔️ Confidentiality of the data;

✔️ Attentive to details;

✔️ Working with high volume of the information;

✔️ Experience to work in the companies 500 employees+, IT preferred;

✔️ Excel profeciency (advanced), macroses – huge advantage;

✔️ English – at least intermediate;

✔️ Slavic with relocation;

✔️ Google docs, Disk;

✔️ HR flows understanding;

✔️ Benefits administration experience;

✔️ Analytics.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Job architecture process with HRBPs;

✔️ Job titles unification;

✔️ Grading system development;

✔️ Salary scales development;

✔️ Annual C&B analysis;

✔️ Career path creation with HRBPs;

✔️ Benefits Management;

✔️ KPIs calcualtions and verification;

✔️ Short-term and Long-term incentives calculations/support;

✔️ Employee Value Proposition support;

✔️ Total rewards package support;

✔️ Communication with employees;

✔️ Working closely with all other streams in HR (Recruitment, Admin, HRBP, Payroll, etc);

✔️ Financial literacy programs creation and support;

✔️ Company Policies updates;

✔️ Ad-hoc requests to cover;

✔️ Annual and Q bonuses calculation and support;

✔️ Budgeting process, with updates;

✔️ Analytics.
