Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (Early Stage AI Startup )
Location: San Fransisco - Onsite/Hybrid
Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What You’ll Do
- Own the technical design and implementation of our core product using React and Next.js.
- Translate complex product designs into high-performance, scalable technical architectures.
- Work directly with the CTO and CPO to define the user experience for an AI-native legal platform.
- Solve "unsolved" challenges in legal data visualization and automated workflow interfaces.

Who You Are
- Experience: 5+ years of Frontend Engineering experience, ideally within a high-growth, VC-backed startup environment.
- Stack: Mastery of React and Next.js is non-negotiable.
- Pedigree: Degree from a top-tier CS program or a track record of excellence at reputable, high-bar engineering companies.
- Mindset: You thrive in high-intensity environments and prefer rapid execution over corporate bureaucracy.
