Your role
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise in highway engineering with clear, effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Leads technical discussions, provides mentorship to junior staff, and maintains high professional and ethical standards.
- Prepares detailed highway designs, drawings, and technical documentation in line with required standards and client expectations.
- Ensures timely, accurate, and quality‑compliant deliverables while managing tasks efficiently and proactively.
- Contributes to design reviews, provides technical oversight, and supports consistent technical governance across projects.
