We are currently expanding our consumer-facing e-commerce division. We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and commercialization of our Health & Beauty portfolio. In this role, you will act as the business owner for a diverse catalog including topical care, personal wellness devices, and specialized consumer health products.
Core ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring our portfolio meets market demands and regulatory standards.
- Portfolio Strategy: Define the product vision and maintain a roadmap for new launches. Conduct market research to identify trends and build business cases covering pricing, margins, and global distribution.
- Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers. Maintain comprehensive Master Files and supply data.
- Development & Compliance: Partner with Design and R&D to translate user needs into technical specifications. Provide input for packaging and labeling while ensuring all products adhere to ISO and global regulatory requirements (including GUDID and GS1 databases).
- E-Commerce Commercialization: Lead successful product launches across digital marketplaces. Create optimized product listings, including technical descriptions, pricing strategies, and visual asset coordination.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for product line extensions.

- Experience: Proven track record in product management within the consumer health, cosmetics, or wellness sectors.
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce). High comfort level with digital workflow optimization and productivity-enhancing technologies.
- Communication: Full professional proficiency in English is required for global collaboration and content creation.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with graphic design workflows or experience with usability studies is a significant advantage.
