Senior Product Designer (Fully Remote)

THE ROLE

This is a rare fully remote opportunity to own design end-to-end on a cross-functional product team building a Figma-like UI and interaction editor. You'll shape complex, developer-facing product experiences from discovery through to launch. High autonomy, high impact — at a small team where your fingerprints are on everything.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Own all design aspects for your cross-functional product team — from discovery to shipped product
• Build a Figma-like UI and interaction editor that lets developers create and customise fully deployable web flows
• Talk directly with customers to uncover needs and translate them into intuitive product experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system and visual language

• Push the envelope on product design practice and help shape how the design team operates at scale

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 6+ years designing web applications, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end product thinking and delivery
• Collaboration: You work closely with PMs and engineers — contributing to discovery, not just executing briefs
• User focus: You design from a deep understanding of user needs and back decisions with both qualitative and quantitative insight
• Systems thinking: You're analytical, structured, and comfortable building interfaces that let users configure complex screens and flows
• Async communication: You're a strong written communicator who keeps collaboration tight across a remote, distributed team
• Ownership: When something's broken, you fix it — you don't wait to be asked
