Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-month contract) to join our team in Hanoi, with a strong opportunity to transition to a full-time position upon successful completion of the contract.
In this role, you will drive recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate has proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the gaming industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Screen candidates to ensure initial alignment with role requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand awareness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and support other HR tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment channels and tools; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Good understanding of the IT talent market; knowledge of the gaming industry talent landscape is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, able to use English effectively in daily work and professional discussions.
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
