Job Description
Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – Lisbon (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office).
Position Details
- Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period
- Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
- Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
- Create keyword packages, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations
- Develop expertise across Google products (GSN, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs

- Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital platforms)
- Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network, Display Network, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Analytical mindset
- Good understanding of KPIs
- Annual Base Salary: €23,000
- Language Premium: €3,240/year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary
- Average Monthly Total: €2,356
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card)
- Transportation Bonus: €720/year
