We're working with a premier digital transformation powerhouse dedicated to modernizing federal IT systems on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a visionary architect to lead high-impact ServiceNow roadmaps and technical strategies that improve how government agencies serve citizens.
In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison for a massive platform ecosystem, driving the evolution of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps. You’ll leverage deep expertise in CMDB Service Mapping and API integrations to build scalable, secure solutions that define the future of public sector technology.
The Role
- Lead the architectural design and strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.
- Architect and guide complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Web Services, and ETL frameworks.
- Establish platform governance and development standards while providing technical mentorship to developers and administrators.
- Drive CMDB maturity, Discovery architecture, and Service Mapping initiatives to ensure elite-level data quality and system reliability.
- Review and validate technical solutions to ensure strict adherence to enterprise security and architectural guidelines.

- 8+ years of deep ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Design capacity.
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (Glide), Workflow engines, and the ServiceNow data model.
- Proven experience with ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping) and large-scale platform governance in regulated environments.
- Strong background in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Ability to obtain a HUD Public Trust; ServiceNow CTA or CMA certifications are highly preferred.
