Job Description

Product Manager | Remote | £50,000 - £55,000

We're working with a specialist Atlassian ecosystem innovator on this exciting opportunity. We aren't just looking for someone to manage features; we need a visionary to take full end-to-end ownership of a growing SaaS product built on the Jira platform.

This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you will bridge the gap between technical complexity and user experience. You will be leveraging tools like Jira Work Management, Google Analytics, and SQL to drive data-led decisions and scale a product that is central to the Atlassian marketplace.

The Role

  • Take 360-degree ownership of a SaaS product area, from initial high-level strategy and roadmap definition through to build, release, and post-launch iteration.
  • Translate complex developer-focused use cases into robust APIs and structured features that resonate with a technical user base.
  • Evidence-based prioritisation using data-led insights from Google Tag Manager, Python scripts, or SQL queries to identify product gaps.
  • Lead release planning sessions, producing high-quality documentation and training materials to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate directly with engineering teams within a deep Jira ecosystem, managing workflows and detailed user stories in Jira Work Management.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner with a track record of delivering at least one full SaaS product from concept to marketplace.
  • Expert-level familiarity with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Jira Work Management, with the ability to manage complex technical workflows.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to use data tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or Python to validate product hypotheses.
  • Experience writing granular product specifications and structured user stories that leave no room for ambiguity for development teams.
  • A competitive mindset with experience conducting gap analysis and commercial research within a fast-paced software environment.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 tailored to your experience level.
  • 100% remote working flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK with a Manchester-based hub for optional collaboration.
  • The opportunity to lead a product built on the world-renowned Atlassian platform, gaining unique exposure to a massive global ecosystem.
  • A culture that values "full product" thinking over simple feature-pushing, giving you true autonomy over your roadmap.
