Key Responsibilities

Submit HR-related tickets and actions ensuring accuracy and completeness, with high attention to detail
Assist hiring managers with the classification of Position Descriptions and development of job analyses
Coordinate and track personnel actions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder communication
Utilize HR systems to process personnel actions such as hiring, reassignments, and benefits updates
Collect, develop, and analyze HR data for audits, data calls, and reporting requirements
Support onboarding activities including paperwork completion, employee system entry, badge appointments, network access, and GFE issuance
Support various HR program areas such as Performance Management, SES, Political Appointees, Student Programs, and Telework initiatives
Assist with HR program compliance and documentation to ensure adherence to federal regulations and agency policies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information at all times

About the Role


We are seeking full-time Human Resource (HR) Specialists to join our HRROC™ team. In this role, you will support various HR functions for our federal clients, including processing noncompetitive hiring actions, managing personnel actions throughout their lifecycle, and supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with federal HR policies and maintaining the integrity of HR data and documentation. Your responsibilities will include submitting HR-related tickets, assisting with classification and staffing of federal positions, and supporting strategic recruitment efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic team environment, providing vital HR services that directly impact federal workforce management.

Qualifications


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience in classification and staffing of Federal HR positions
  • Proficiency in compiling and submitting Personnel Action Requests (PARs) for processing
  • Experience with HR systems such as HRConnect, USA Staffing (USAS), and the National Finance Center (NFC)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to interpret and apply Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific procedures
  • BS/BA degree highly preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance
