Campaign Enablement

Description

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Owner to lead our Orchestrated Customer Journeys product pod. This role owns the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) enablement roadmap and will partner with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to deliver batch campaign enablement and cross-channel journey orchestration. The Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring AJO delivers on its promise of creating personalized, timely, and scalable customer communications across all lifecycle touchpoints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Champion and advocate the adoption and integration of Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Stay informed on Martech trends, innovations, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for personalization.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer by incorporating user feedback and insights into the product development process.
  • Align product priorities with organizational goals, ensuring value delivery


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
