Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and operationalisation of the Global Business Services strategy with a focus on technical enablement and digital tools.
Develop and align new international operating model with all internal and external stakeholders.
Define and maintain the technical governance model and evolve the current IT landscape in line with the GBS strategy, ensuring systems and tools support the GBS service management framework.
Act as a technical advisor and IT driver within the team, providing recommendations on tool selection, integration, and optimisation in close collaboration with the international IT departments.
Collaborate with IT and other service towers as an interface to implement technical enablers such as dashboards, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems.

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Contribute to the development and operationalisation of the Global Business Services strategy with a focus on technical enablement and digital tools
  • Develop and align new international operating model with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the design and alignment of the international operating model by integrating technical solutions and process automation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across all ALDI functions
  • Define and maintain the technical governance model and evolve the current IT landscape in line with the GBS strategy, ensuring systems and tools support the GBS service management framework
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for leadership communication, ensuring clarity for both business and IT stakeholders
  • Act as a technical advisor and IT driver within the team, providing recommendations on tool selection, integration, and optimisation in close collaboration with the international IT departments
  • Collaborate with IT and other service towers as an interface to implement technical enablers such as dashboards, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Relevant degree in business informatics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
  • Several years of professional experience in technical service management, IT business analysis, or process automation within GBS, shared services, or consulting environments
  • Experience in conceptual design of operating models, with a focus on system and tooling integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Skilled in data visualisation and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in workflow and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Great skills in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to be part of a new and growing team and the ability to shape the future of the GBS organisation
  • Comfortable in a ‘start-up’ environment where processes, responsibilities and structure are still evolving

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
