[Job description]
You will be responsible for the overall AI development implemented in our services,
and will be involved in all development processes from requirement definition, design, development, and testing.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Implement AI/ML models, LLM, and integrate them into applications.
• Utilize AWS services for scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Lead and participate in project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Optimize and fine-tune applications.
• Take ownership of maintaining and improving legacy source code.
• Participate in project conceptualization and planning, providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Execute testing strategies, including unit testing and functional testing.
• Proactively identify and address bugs and performance bottlenecks.
[Requirements]
• Business-level English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLM) and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate teams.
• DevOps experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in AWS, project management, or related areas.
• Experience with containerization technologies.
• Previous experience in agile development methodologies.
• Front-end development knowledge.

Employment Type: Contract
Trial period: 3 months
Estimated annual income: ¥6M - ¥10M
Work location: Full remote
Working hours: 8 hours/day (you can choose your work hours when you join them)
Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
