🎯 Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems and tools

- Assist with system testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support
- Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams on cross-functional projects
