Senior Product Owner for Cloud-Based EV Charging Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who is passionate about building reliable and scalable cloud-based systems that power large-scale EV charging infrastructure across Europe.

In this role, you will work closely with a skilled engineering team, architects, and internal business stakeholders to design and deliver future-ready systems supporting charging operations across multiple European markets.

You thrive in complex engineering environments, enjoy working across multiple domains, and take full ownership of your product landscape.

Candidates will be preferred from locations: Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Hungary

Start date: immediately

Working model: fully remote

Workload: Up to 40 hours/week (80% part-time possible)

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the spokesperson for the product vision and clearly articulate strategy and deployment plans across European stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Own your product end-to-end — from discovery and design to production and continuous improvement
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in line with the Scrum framework
• Ensure objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and with quality
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and actively drive team efficiency
• Identify risks and remove obstacles, ensuring transparent status communication to stakeholders and management
• Deliver scalable, simple, and user-friendly solutions
• Work autonomously while continuously improving knowledge of cutting-edge mobility and cloud solutions
• Contribute to internal process improvements, including ITGC compliance processes

What You Bring

• Engineering degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Proven ownership of a full product (high autonomy is mandatory)
• Experience with cloud-based systems and B2B/B2C products
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Experience in the electric mobility industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and e-mobility
• Scrum Product Owner certification (nice to have)
