Senior Front End Developer (React.js)

⚡ We are looking for an experienced Senior Front End Developer (React.js) to join our development team in Valencia.

Product: CRM management platform designed to help businesses manage customers, streamline communication channels, and improve retention through data-driven engagement strategies. It focuses on optimizing customer lifecycle processes and enabling teams to influence long-term customer loyalty.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Own and drive front-end development processes and standards

✔️Design and implement scalable, maintainable front-end architecture using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.js

✔️Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Back-End teams

✔️Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions

✔️Lead feature development from concept to production

✔️Ensure performance optimization and responsiveness of the application

✔️Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

✔️Maintain clear documentation in English

✔️Communicate effectively with external stakeholders when required.

✅ Requirements

✔️5+ years of experience in Front-End development

✔️Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and React.js

✔️Proven experience owning and improving development processes

✔️Experience working in a startup environment

✔️Strong architectural thinking and ability to work independently

✔️Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

✔️Strong written and spoken English (documentation and external communication).

✅ Nice to Have

✔️Experience working on large-scale / enterprise-level projects

✔️Experience designing complex CRM or SaaS systems

✔️Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

✔️Experience with performance optimization and scalable UI systems

✔️Understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
