In this role, you will empower a high performing recruitment team while shaping the broader talent acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-impact hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities.

Job Requirements
15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5+ years leading high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced adjacent industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with multi-location (USA, CAN and AUS) HR and Recruitment practices preferably in a multi-location, operational environment
Proven track record of building, scaling, and developing best-in-class recruiting teams that consistently deliver quality hiring outcomes.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive workforce strategy in high-growth or operationally intensive environments.
Experience leading recruitment transformation initiatives, including process optimization, systems enhancements, and operational scaling.
Advanced capability with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics, using data to inform strategy and improve performance.
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate insights into practical, business-focused action.
Confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence stakeholders and build credibility at all levels.
Strong experience managing external agencies and search partners, with a focus on performance, accountability, and ROI.

Oversee recruiting operations and practices to ensure strong, timely hiring outcomes
Lead and develop a high-performing TA team, setting clear goals, tracking impactful metrics, and driving accountability
Step in on complex, senior, or hard-to-fill roles when needed

Workforce Planning & Recruitment Strategy
Partner with P&C and leaders to turn workforce plans into hiring action
Align recruiting priorities with business goals and growth plans

Operational Excellence & Vendor Management
Lead TA projects (ATS improvements, employer branding, recruitment marketing)
Streamline and standardize processes to improve speed and quality of hire

Manage agency partners, negotiate terms, and ensure strong ROI
