Location: Remote in LATAM
Role Overview
Workday Security Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday security frameworks. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable access controls across Workday modules, aligning security architecture with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Workday security architecture, including domain and business process security policies.
- Implement and maintain role-based security groups, user-based security groups, and constrained security groups.
- Manage segregation of duties (SoD) and conduct periodic access reviews.
- Configure and support security for key modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Procurement, Payroll).
- Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to support integrations and reporting security.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including role design matrices and security models.
- Participate in Workday releases and assess impact on existing security configurations.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday Security configuration experience.
- Proven expertise in:
- Domain security policies
- Business process security policies
- Security group design and optimization
- Role-based access controls
- Experience supporting Workday implementations and/or post-production optimization.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, internal controls).
- Ability to conduct security audits and access reviews.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Workday Security Certification(s)
