Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. Position Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Lead Analyst with strong technical expertise and understanding of enterprise systems.

This role requires the ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technology solutions across both operational legacy platforms and modernized environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset, balancing operational stability with innovation, and play a key role in transforming and advancing the future of Sales Intelligence through technology modernization and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support existing legacy Sales Reporting systems, ensuring reliability and business continuity.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external service providers.

• Collaborate with development teams supporting Mainframe, Java-based systems and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Design and validate reporting and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Support system enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of Mainframe/Java/Cloud platform
