AI Implementation Lead - Legal Compliance

Work at the cutting edge of AI and legal compliance in one of the world’s most prestigious banks.

You’ll lead the implementation of an advanced AI tool (Brief AI) across legal teams in EMEA and the US, giving you hands-on experience with emerging technology in a highly regulated environment. This is your chance to build expertise in AI integration, third-party vendor solutions and cross-border collaboration.

What you’ll do

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the AI tool meets the needs of legal teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Design and propose solutions that align with banking processes and compliance standards, giving you the opportunity to shape how technology is used in a major financial institution.

Oversee testing (system integration and user acceptance) to ensure the tool works as intended, and manage project documentation, reporting and risk escalation to keep delivery on track.

Support collaboration across departments and promote a delivery-driven, secure and compliant culture, giving you exposure to different areas of the business and expanding your influence.

What you’ll need

• Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank or consultancy
• An understanding of the project life cycle and experience of compiling proposal, scope, requirements and testing documents
• A good understanding of the scope and purpose of the core banking functions
