The Role

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud components using Java and AWS microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with AI agents to optimize the SDLC, utilizing prompt engineering to enhance code generation, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and deploy high-quality RESTful APIs and modern user interfaces using React or other JavaScript frameworks.

• Drive engineering excellence by implementing automated unit/system tests and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Mentor team members on AI-augmented development practices and ethical AI usage within an agile environment.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience (or a Master's degree with 1-2 years).

• Proven proficiency with Java, cloud services (AWS), and database technologies (Relational or NoSQL).

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks—React is highly preferred—plus TypeScript/JavaScript expertise.

• A growth mindset with a passion for AI tools, LLMs, and innovative workflow optimization techniques.

• US Work Authorization (No current or future sponsorship/H1B/OPT/CPT available).
