Staff Python Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Python Engineer with substantial AWS experience to enhance our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications. Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Optimize applications for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor junior engineers and share industry best practices. Required Skills: 5+ years of Python development experience. Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda). Strong understanding of cloud architecture and microservices. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of DevOps practices and security best practices. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
