The Role

* Build and deploy production‑ready AI models for IP‑focused workflows.
* Develop evaluation pipelines that guide research direction and model performance.
* Apply advanced prompting techniques to improve output quality.
* Contribute across the engineering stack to ensure smooth integration of AI features.
* Work closely with experienced founders in a collaborative, fully onsite environment.

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong commercial experience in AI engineering or software engineering.
* Deep proficiency with Python and experience delivering production systems.
* Understanding of modern LLM approaches and effective prompt design.
* Confidence working across a wider stack including React, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Postgres.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, hands‑on engineering culture.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Terraform is welcomed.
